Sometimes my leg twitches when im awake. Well not twitching but like a muscle or something moves to make it like a heart beat. Is this normal?

Doesn't happen to me, but out of the blue sometimes my upper lip will start twitching!

I think it's called muscle spasms and they are normal.

My leg cracks everytime I move it when I wake up yeah that's the only thing that happens to me

I guess its different parts with other people. Because with me its my left leg.
