I think you'd need to take up your project up through Icseon. I feel he'd want to look at the builds personally before you upload/update and keep hashes of the build.

He doesn't want users to be compromised. I doubt he would be 100% against it, but likely would want to take some precaution.

guido already made one, but he is really untrusted by icseon and guido got banned for the extension.
