id say 500 cubes or more, because its supposed to be an exclusive item for those who have a lot of cubes. Also those with premium earn that much within a few days unlike the 10k fedora that takes 5 months of premium. if you have a hat of the same series where one is super easy to get and one super hard doesn't make sense.
