Street fighter 3 2nd impact and 3rd strike are my favorites.

the only thing i hated about the online edition of 3rd strike was that the parry wasn't as good as the parry on the arcade version, as in the parry wasnt as consistent due to modern tvs having a lower refresh rate than most crts at the time.
