Remove the 'Sending friend requests too quickly' thing

Cubsah is a static archive of the original Cubash website from 2018 to 2020. It makes no attempt to recreate what Cubash once was.

Btw the Forum filter thing is annoying i post about a few seconds later then it says "You have posted too recently please wait a bit before posting again." That's annoying! And Icseon can you remove the filter word "mȩth" cuz it's annoying as well!

I mean I understand the forum posting filter, to prevent spamming, but I don't understand the point of the friend request thing. Is it for bots?
