Allow players to be rewarded badges based on different things.
These can be viewed on their profile.

Some ideas on which badges could be put in:
- x number of forum posts.
- x number of friends.
- x number of item sales.
- Being a staff member or some other significant role in Cubash.
- etc.

Staff do have a badge, xander has it and bounzzey used to (idk why he doesn’t anymore) but great suggestion for the others
