Ok, so you wanna get this app if you're on mobile called Pluto TV, download and scroll down until you see Nick, it's on live TV by the way
If you're on PC, go to Pluto.tv and do the same as mobile, you have to go on live TV, not On Demand
Now you CANNOT skip forwards or backwards. Yes this is completely free, the way the site manages to make money is advertisements, but they act like normal commercials on TV. No cable required by the way!
