I think this because we don't want to fill up Cubash's database with spam messages. To save the database we must implement this idea. Who else agrees?

Accually I like this idea, seeing how Finobi's forum pages are cluttered with spam, I would hate for the same to happen on this site. The only thing I would change is make the time restriction longer; 14 days from exact join date (two weeks) or 30 days (one month) from exact join date. - MJB360
