The Pirate Hat isn't limited, so you shouldn't include that. The other two seem relatively alright.

For now, you should just keep the idea and work on it later. Since this is not the full release of Cubash, those items might not come back or could have price changes. Plus, only a few are intended to have limited supply so those are the ones that could have values.
