I thought since some people are unable to create shirts, why not give them a basic tee-shirt base?

Well, at https://vgy.me/U4wzce.png is one of my shirt templates that is completely free to use. You can put on decals or text, mostly everything.

No credit is needed either, which is the good part. You can use Paint.net or Photoshop too.
