Feedback system for games. (Likes to dislikes, game comments/reviews),
Memberships (Perks: Get cubes faster, more cubers, name tag colors, membership tags,etc perks),
Groups,
Rate groups(group reviews),
Reporting (Make sure to put a line about that you can be banned for false reporting),
13+ Filter and 12 under filter,
13+ games,
option to make hats,
and option to make tools.

13+ games might end up being a membership perk. All your ideas are great too.

If you mean games for kids 13+ it sounds like 18+ and probably won't happen. Chat filter would kinda make game filtering unnecessary.
